Instructions & Tips
**TEA PREPARATION:**
- Ensure you have a tea strainer or unbleached tea bags, available on our website or at a local store.
- Take 1 teaspoon of herbs and place them in a glass jar, tea kettle, tea bag or any non-plastic container.
- Pour 8oz. of boiling water over the herbs.
- Allow it to steep for ten minutes, then strain.
- For optimal results, consume the tea at room temperature. Avoid drinking it when extremely hot or cold.
- You can combine teas as follows:
- Mix 2 teas and consume twice a day or prepare 1 tea and drink it three times a day.
- Store your tea jars in a dry, dark place, like pantries or cabinets.
- After each use, ensure the lids are tightly sealed to prevent bugs, particularly in organic herbs.
- If any tea remains after preparation, refrigerate it for no longer than 2 days.
- To make children's tea, follow the same preparation steps as for adults, with one key distinction: children should not consume more than ¼ of the tea to initiate the healing process. For individuals aged 12 and older, it's important to drink the entire 8oz cup, just like adults.
To aid the body in eliminating toxins, please ensure you consume a minimum of one gallon of spring water.
NOTE:
1/3 herbs can be steeped in 16-32 ounces of water for 12-15 mins and put inside bathwater to benefit from the medicinal properties being absorbed through the skin.
Steaming Procedure for Yoni:
Take 1/3 cup of tea and add it to a pot of boiling water. Allow the mixture to cool, covering the pot during this process. Next, wrap a towel around your waist and position yourself over the pot, similar to sitting on a toilet. You can steam for a duration of up to 45 minutes, with a minimum of 15 minutes recommended.
