Two Main Ingredients: Senna and Ginger
For best results, We recommend using the product every 3-4 months (4xs a year for up to 30days) instead of everyday. If you want a blood cleanse that you could take every day we recommend our blood cleanse blend
**Directions:**
1. Add 1 teaspoon of herbs to your strainer.
2. Pour eight ounces of boiling water over the herbs.
3. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
4. Allow the tea to reach room temperature before consuming. Do not drink hot or cold.
5. Use consistently until desired results are achieved.
